Toujours sur la route de la soie, Oulan se rapproche d’Oulan Bator. Il va profiter se son passage en Ouzbékistan pour visiter les anciennes cités de Bukhara et Samarcande, connues pour leurs caravansérails et mosquées impressionnantes. Encore de longues lignes droites et baltes à traverser avant de retrouver les montagnes à l’Est du pays…
